Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your equipment crate or box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over the package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
